Women In Strength Workshop

September 13th | 9am – 4pm

A women’s only workshop covering all areas important to strength performance and well being. Learn more about yourself, how to get stronger, improve your sleep, diet and recovery. This workshop is designed to inspire, motivate and educate so that women have all the tools they need to succeed with their strength goals. You will walk away with practical changes you can make to your life.
