Brad is primarily a Strength Coach, with a diverse background in both powerlifting and strongman. He is passionate about helping his clients reach their potential and increase their quality of life, by making them stronger and more confident. With over 8 years experience in the industry, Brad has the knowledge to help you achieve your success in the training style of your choice.
Brad carefully constructs all programs based on scientific and evidenced based principles. If you want tailored programming to specifically reach your goal, then Brad is the coach for you.
Co-Owner and Coach
As a competitive powerlifter in the under 48kg female category, Jess made it to GPC Nationals and took out the GPC World Junior records for the squat, deadlift and total within her first year of training in powerlifting. Jess currently holds all of the Australian junior records as well, and continues to train specifically for powerlifting.
With a combination of experience as a personal trainer and as a competitive powerlifter, Jess is ready to support you to take it to the next level. Jess is also available for small group training (up to 4).
Started lifting back in 2015 after losing his leg in 2014. He began his journey in Strength Sport (i.e Powerlifting) competing in abled and para competitions before studying his cert 3&4 in Fitness and also Powerlifting Coaching. He has since moved onto the Strongman Sport competing in National and International events.
Frank’s goal is to raise awareness of strength training for the general population and the benefits that come from it.
Sports Massage Therapist
Sports massage emphasises prevention and healing of injuries to your muscles and tendons. Sports massage is really helpful for the individual who has injuries, chronic pain or restricted selection of movement.
Leigh is available for bookings Wednesdays and Sundays.
Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian
Aidan has been in the industry for almost 4 years following the completion of his degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
He has worked in variety of settings throughout this time but has always had an emphasis on working with strength athletes.
Over the years and particularly in the past 12 months, he has worked with a lot of top level powerlifters and strongman competitors. From a personal standpoint, he also trains as a powerlifter at Valhalla Strength in Brisbane.
His main areas of emphasis are helping people with their nutrition to gain muscle, lose fat, recover from injuries quicker and improve their performance in general.
