Brad is available almost every day to help you get the most out of your training. Specialising in both Powerlifting and Strongman training techniques, his coaching services include:
- Beginner 1 on 1 sessions (30min)
- 1 on 1 technique and form sessions (30min/1hr/90min)
- Personalised programming
- Complete Coaching Memberships

Frank is available for 1 on 1 sessions throughout the week, specialising in both Powerlifting and Strongman lift as well as having a unique specialisation in
disabled athlete training.
